Printer repair call out £65.00 + VAT, plus the cost of spare parts if required. Our first hour of labour is free and thereafter an additional hourly rate of £45.00 + VAT. Printer repair is normally completed within the first hour.
Printercare Services include printer repairs in London and within the M25.
Types of printer repair include mono, colour, multi - function and wide format. Where printer repair is not possible on site we will repair the printer in our London workshop.

Printer Maintenance Contracts
Have your office printers covered on a Printer Maintenance Contract.
Contracts are available from as little as £45 per annum and are payable on an annual or monthly basis. A Printer Maintenance Contract will be geared to meet your individual requirements. For example we offer a basic package for printer repair alone or one to cover printer maintenance including all parts and toners. In other words we can take ownership of your printing function. We will be pleased to discuss your maintenance requirements with you to ascertain the most cost effective solution.
